about the founders

Dave and his wife Darcy have been married for over 30 years and are grateful parents to five daughters, a son-in-law, and a two grandchildren. Family is at the center of everything they do, and they consider it a deep blessing to see their children each walking in their own journey of faith and purpose.

 

Their ministry journey began in church planting in the late 1990s, where they experienced significant growth in their marriage, leadership, and calling. Before stepping into full-time ministry, Dave owned and operated a business serving fire departments, while Darcy faithfully served in church leadership through administration and women’s ministry.

 

This unique blend of marketplace and ministry experience continues to shape their approach today.Since entering full-time ministry in 2007, Dave and Darcy have served in a wide range of church environments across Northern California, gaining valuable insight into the challenges and opportunities ministries face at every level.

 

Their journey has equipped them with a deep passion to support and strengthen churches, helping leaders move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
